Frequently asked questions

Honest answers to the questions you'd ask in person.

No salesy language. No fine print. If the answer is uncomfortable, we'll still tell you.

About the free assessment

Is the free assessment really free? What's the catch?
Yes, genuinely free. No card required, no commitment, no "consultation fee" hiding in fine print. The reason we can offer it free: about 6 in 10 patients later choose our optional 3-month care program. That voluntary conversion funds the model.
What exactly do I get for "free"?
A written verdict reviewed by 4 specialists — does this case need surgery, yes or no, and the reasoning. Plus next-step recommendations. Delivered on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your reports.
What if I don't have reports yet?
No problem. Our coordinator will guide you on which tests to get done locally (X-ray, MRI, vitamin D, etc.). Many patients come to us before any diagnosis and we help them get the right investigations done first.
How long is the verdict valid?
Indefinitely — it's a snapshot of your current condition. If your symptoms change months later, send updated reports for a fresh review (still free for the first re-check).

About our independence

Why don't you have a clinic? Isn't that suspicious?
The opposite — it's the whole point. A physical clinic creates fixed costs (rent, EMI, staff) that need to be covered every month. That creates pressure to recommend procedures. We removed the clinic so the financial pressure doesn't exist.
Do you earn commissions from surgeons or hospitals?
No. If we recommend surgery, we'll help you find a credentialled surgeon — but we earn nothing from that referral. We make money only from patients who choose our optional structured care.
How do you make money then?
(1) The optional 3-month care program for patients who don't need surgery but need structured help. (2) À-la-carte services like in-home physio sessions, Ayurveda panchakarma, and pain management consultations.
Do you sell my data?
Never. Your reports and personal details are not shared with hospitals, insurers, pharma companies, or any third party. They stay encrypted with our coordinator team only.

About the council

Who are the doctors?
Credentialled MS Orthopedics surgeons, MD Anesthesia (Pain Mgmt), MPT physiotherapists, and BAMS/BHMS practitioners. They are paid a fixed fee per case review — not commissions, not surgery-driven incentives. Every patient gets the reviewing doctor's name and registration number with their verdict.
Why don't I see doctor names on this website?
We're still building out written consent from every panel member to display their photo and name publicly. That's coming. In the meantime, the doctor names are disclosed transparently with your individual verdict — and that's the disclosure that actually matters.
Can I speak to the doctor who reviewed my case?
Yes — a phone or video call with the reviewing specialist is part of the optional 3-month program. For the free assessment, the verdict comes as a written document plus a coordinator call.

About surgery decisions

What if I really DO need surgery?
We'll tell you, in writing, with the reasoning. Then we'll help you find a hospital and surgeon with the right track record for your specific procedure. About 40% of our verdicts confirm surgery is the right answer — and we're proud of that, because the patient is going in with eyes open instead of being talked into it.
What if I want surgery anyway?
It's your body and your decision. We won't try to talk you out of it. We'll just make sure you've seen all the alternatives in writing first.
Will you criticize my current doctor?
No. We respect your treating doctor's clinical judgment. We're offering a parallel independent view based on the same reports. Many doctors are genuinely uncertain and would welcome a second opinion themselves.

About the 3-month care program

How much does the 3-month program cost?
₹14,999 flat for 12 weeks. The Premium tier (₹24,999) is for cases needing advanced interventions like PRP injections, bisphosphonates, or extra ortho consults. Both are one-time payments — no monthly billing, no EMI, no hidden charges. Compare to ₹3–5 lakh for a single replacement surgery.
Is the 3-month program mandatory after the free assessment?
Absolutely not. Many patients take the free verdict and walk away. We're fine with that.
Is the ₹14,999 a one-time payment?
Yes — a single payment for the entire 12-week program. No EMI, no recurring billing, no surprises. If you choose to stop mid-program, a pro-rata refund on unused months is available.
