"Two hospitals in Sector 14 and DLF quoted me ₹4.5 lakh for hip replacement and pushed for a 'date next week'. Both said my AVN was Stage 4. Orthosist's panel re-read my MRI and said early Stage 2 — surgery was overkill. Pain mgmt + 4 months of structured care later, I'm pain-free without an implant. I'd have lost my hip to a misread MRI."
Orthosist in Gurgaon.
Gurgaon doesn't break joints with manual labor. It breaks them with 12-hour Zoom calls, weekend marathons after months of nothing, and the most aggressive private hospital ecosystem in North India. We're the second opinion built for that.

NOT needed
per case
Sedentary all week, "warrior" on Sunday — and surrounded by hospitals that profit from your decisions.
Gurgaon's joint health crisis hides in plain sight. The DLF Phase-3 banker hasn't squatted in 15 years. The IT director on Golf Course Road has driven everywhere since 2008. The Sohna Road consultant tries badminton or "couch-to-half-marathon" once a year and limps for a month afterward. None of them think of themselves as having "joint problems" — until one MRI changes everything.
Then there's the supply side. Gurgaon has more 200+ bed private hospitals per capita than almost any Indian city. Multiple of them have surgeons on revenue-share, EMI partnerships with NBFCs, and corporate-tie-up CXR/MRI deals that feed their joint replacement queues. The system isn't broken — it's working exactly as designed. Just not for you.
Orthosist gives Gurgaon professionals what they're used to in every other domain: an independent expert who has nothing to sell you. Send the MRI. We'll send the truth.

The 4 conditions we see most in Gurgaon
Mechanical low back pain (the "WFH back")
10+ hours on a kitchen-chair home-office setup. MRI shows mild disc bulges. Nearly always resolves with ergonomic correction + 6 weeks of core work. Surgery rarely indicated.
Runner's knee + IT band syndrome
The "I started running at 40" injury. Severe lateral knee pain, MRIs show meniscal "tears". Often a hip/glute weakness problem, not a knee surgical one.
Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)
Common in 40–60 age, often diabetics. Surgery is rarely needed. Targeted manipulation + structured physio resolves most cases.
Early-stage AVN of the hip
Many Gurgaon professionals had high-dose steroids during COVID. We're catching post-steroid AVN in stages I–II where the hip can still be saved.
