How does Orthosist make money if the verdict is free?

Two sources only: (1) the optional 3-month structured care program (₹14,999 onwards) chosen by patients who don't need surgery but need coordinated care, and (2) à-la-carte services like in-home physiotherapy and Ayurveda. We earn ₹0 from any surgical referral and take no commissions from hospitals or surgeons.

How long does the second opinion take?

48 hours from receiving your medical reports (X-ray, MRI, prescription history). The reports are reviewed independently by 4 specialists — orthopedic surgeon, pain management physician, senior physiotherapist, and BAMS/BHMS practitioner — who then meet to debate and issue a consensus written verdict.
