"I went to Orthosist hoping they'd tell me I didn't need surgery. They didn't. Their council confirmed I genuinely needed knee replacement — but they showed me why, in writing, with the alternatives that had been tried. Then they helped me find a surgeon at a hospital they don't own, with a strong track record for my age group. I went into the OT with confidence, not panic. That honesty is rare."
Orthosist in Noida.
Noida has two distinct joint health stories. Sectors 16–62 are dominated by IT/BPO professionals and their parents living with them. Greater Noida-bound commuters spend 3 hours daily on Yamuna Expressway. We see both populations every day — and we're built for both.

A young workforce, aging parents at home, and the longest commute in NCR.
Noida is a city of two generations under one roof. The 30-something IT professional in Sector 137 hasn't moved his shoulder properly in five years of WFH. His parents, brought from Patna or Lucknow to "help with the kids", suddenly find themselves on cold marble floors with AC at 22°C — and within two years are being told by a Sector 18 hospital that knee replacement is the answer.
The Yamuna Expressway commute adds another layer. Three to four hours a day in a car, sciatic nerve compressed in the same posture, vibration through the lumbar spine. The MRIs we see from this population almost always show disc bulges. Almost none of them need surgery.
Noida's hospital ecosystem is younger and more aggressive than Delhi's. Newer hospitals fighting for market share advertise joint replacements liberally. The right defence is a written, independent verdict — which is what we exist to provide.
Where in Noida we work
We cover all Noida sectors and Noida Extension. In-home physio is most popular for working professionals' parents — they get care without leaving the apartment.

Conditions we see most in Noida
Commute-induced sciatica
Long car/cab commutes from Greater Noida to Cyber City. We see this pattern constantly — disc irritation that responds beautifully to posture, ergonomics, and 6 weeks of structured work.
Parents-from-tier-2-cities knee pain
Adults bringing their parents to Noida. Sudden urban lifestyle. Vitamin D and calcium deficiency. Often misdiagnosed as "advanced arthritis" — we usually reverse it with deficiency correction + physio.
Tech neck (cervical pain)
Multi-screen IT workers in Sector 62 and Sector 16. Neck MRIs show "disc bulge" — surgery rarely needed. Ergonomic + manual therapy fix.
Pediatric / young adult knee pain
College students in IT sectors with patello-femoral pain blamed on "early arthritis". Almost always a strength/biomechanics issue.
