The 4-step process, in detail

Step 1 · Booking (5 minutes)

Fill the form, WhatsApp us, or call. We need just your name, phone, city, and a brief on what's going on. A coordinator calls back within 2 hours (9 AM – 8 PM IST).

Step 2 · Report collection (one WhatsApp chat)

Send us your X-rays, MRI scans, doctor's notes, and any prescription history. Photos or PDFs both work. Our coordinator confirms what we have and what's missing — and helps you arrange any missing tests at affordable local centers.

Step 3 · Council review (48 hours)

Your case goes to four specialists: Orthopedic surgeon, Pain management physician, Senior physiotherapist, and BAMS/BHMS practitioner. They review independently, then meet (virtually) to debate. The verdict that emerges has consensus across four specialties.

Step 4 · Written verdict + call (within 48 hours)

You receive a PDF with: the diagnosis, whether surgery is needed (yes/no), the reasoning, and recommended next steps. A coordinator calls to walk you through it. The document is yours — share it with any doctor, take it to any hospital, keep it forever.

What the written verdict looks like

SAMPLE VERDICT FORMAT

Reports reviewed: Knee MRI dated DD-MM-YYYY, X-ray bilateral knees, blood reports (Vit D, RA, CRP)

Diagnosis: Grade 2 osteoarthritis, right knee. No significant ligament injury. No meniscal tear requiring intervention.

Surgery required? No — replacement is not indicated at this stage of disease.

Reasoning: Joint space narrowing is mild-moderate. Pain reported is functional-level (does not prevent activities of daily living). No failed trial of structured conservative care so far.

Recommended path: 12-week progressive physio protocol, image-guided steroid injection if pain persists past Week 4, weight management goal of 4–6 kg loss, vitamin D correction.
