What real physiotherapy looks like

Detailed initial assessment (60–90 minutes)

Strength testing, range of motion, gait analysis, posture, daily activity review. Real measurements written down — so we can track progress.

Manual therapy

Mobilizations, soft-tissue release, joint manipulation by a senior therapist's hands. Not a TENS machine. Not ultrasound passes. Real hands-on work.

Progressive exercise protocol

Week 1's exercises are different from Week 4's are different from Week 10's. Progression is the difference between recovery and stalling.

Take-home program with check-ins

What you do between sessions matters more than what we do in sessions. We give you a written daily plan and check in twice weekly on WhatsApp.
